With access to the Internet and global markets, all marketplaces are now hyper-competitive. Consider how many competitors there are in your sector whether at a local, national or international level.
If your business has no brand strategy, vision, mission, or an irrelevant or outdated “unique selling proposition” you will be undermining the efficacy of all your sales, marketing and business growth efforts. However, if you get your message right, there will be plenty of customers after what you offer. You will of course be able to charge more because you offer something different.
